Graham Williamson to Speak at the Lancaster House Conference Workshop, Settlement Agreements: Structuring the Deal to Your Advantage

Graham is an accomplished advocate who represents trade unions in court, arbitration and before provincial and federal labour boards. He will be sharing his skills as a negotiator on December 10 in a workshop on reaching and structuring settlements. Part of Lancaster House’ Labour Arbitration Conference, the Settlement Agreements workshop provides all day training for lawyers, union representatives and human resources professionals in getting to a settlement, and in ensuring that a settlement document reflects the agreement reached.
